The Tartan Fields Golf Club Community Association requires written ARB approval before siding is replaced or reconditioned, with a $50 submission fee, an emailed application and photo proof on completion. The design guidelines list wood such as cypress, cedar and redwood, cedar shake and lap, tongue-and-groove, or other hardboard siding with ARB approval. In practice that makes James Hardie approvable when the submittal shows a profile and color worthy of the street.
