The Tartan West Community Association requires Architectural Review Board approval before any exterior replacement, roofing included. For a like-for-like replacement the ARB accepts a contractor estimate with a materials list, and it targets a 30-day response. Skip the approval and the association charges a $500 compliance fee. We submit the paperwork with your signed proposal, so the approval clock starts the day you say yes.
