Exterior Alliance did a great job of replacing the roof on my duplex located in a historic district of Columbus. Initially, they were the quickest with a detailed estimate. Then they were patient and responsive as I changed materials and colors to best meet historic guidelines. Their estimate was one of the best values of any and it was transparent about various materials, labor, and extras I requested. Line item detail. Then on installation days they had very professional installers for the main roof and for additional flat roof treatment and trim work on balconies. Quality seems excellent. Neighbors were impressed with the care they took to protect buildings in close proximity. I would use them again.
